It’s important to us to help you with your maintenance request. However, you should know the terms of your lease and be aware that if your request is due to an accident or damage caused by your household, you will likely be asked to pay for the bill. In addition, please read your Tenant Manual thoroughly as relates to the care of your property. You’ll find many tips such as: “disposals really don’t like potato peels”.
