  • Credit to the buyer of unpaid real estate taxes for the prior or current year will depend on when you close. Taxes in El Paso County are paid in arrears.
  • FHA fees and costs are all fees and are now negotiable between an FHA buyer and seller.
  • Miscellaneous costs can accrue to you for such things as radon mitigation, building code violations or correcting problems noticed during the home inspection.
